私はそのまま使いますが、気になる人はヨガマットの下に新聞紙やレジャーマットを敷いたり、使用後に拭くか洗うかしてくださいね(^_-)-☆
私は全く気にせずに外で使い、拭きもせずにそのまま室内でも使います。
